Hazel Blues® | St. Charles Maxi
Beautiful flowing maxi skirt, that can worn a few different ways. You can wear it on your waist, as a normal skirt or pull it higher right under your bust to make it feel like an empire dress. The waist is a thick elastic waist band.
Please note that the these come in 3 different sizes:
One size 0-14, Curvy 16-26 and Curvy Plus 28-38
The waist band is elastic and is 2 inches thick. The measurements are shown laying flat not stretched and then how far it can stretch. These skirts are meant to be worn right under the breasts high on your waist.
If you are 5'6" and under, the petite length is the length you will want to go with. It has to be worn high on your waist or it will drag.
If you are 5'7" to 5'11" and wanting to wear high on your waist, order regular length. If you are wanting to wear on your hips, order petite length.
If you are over 6' tall and wanting to wear high on waist, order tall length. If you are wanting to wear on your hips, order regular length.
