Hazel Blues® carries a mix of in-stock boutique items and extended catalog styles that ship from trusted partner warehouses. Because of this, shipping timeframes can vary by item.
Standard Delivery Timeframes
Unless otherwise noted on the product page, most orders are processed and delivered within 7–10 business days.
Some items are marked as Partner Warehouse Items and may take up to 12 business days to arrive. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
When this applies, the timeframe will be shown on the product page, in your cart, and in your order confirmation.
Partner Warehouse Items
Some Hazel Blues® styles ship from one of our trusted partner warehouses. These items may take a little extra time, but they allow us to offer a larger variety of styles, sizes, and boutique finds.
If your item is marked as a Partner Warehouse Item, please allow up to 12 business days for it to arrive.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
If your order is still within the listed timeframe, it is processing normally and tracking will update as soon as it becomes available.
Pre-Orders
If your item is a pre-order, the estimated ship date will be listed in the product description.
Please keep in mind that pre-order dates are estimates. While we do our best to have pre-orders shipped by the listed date, delays can happen due to production, supplier, or shipping delays.
If your order includes a pre-order item, your full order may be held until the pre-order item becomes available. If you would like your in-stock items to ship sooner, please place separate orders.
Multiple Shipments
We ship from several warehouses and partner locations. Because of this, your order may arrive in more than one package.
If your order ships separately, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow time for tracking to update after it is scanned by the carrier. Sometimes tracking can take a little bit to show movement, even after the package has been processed.
Upgraded Shipping
Upgraded shipping only affects the carrier transit time after your order has been processed and shipped.
It does not speed up processing time, partner warehouse timeframes, or pre-order arrival dates.
For example, if an item is marked as a Partner Warehouse Item or pre-order, upgrading to priority or express shipping will not make that item arrive to our warehouse faster. It will only speed up the shipping method once the item is ready to ship.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders over the amount listed on our website.
Shipping promotions may change from time to time and may exclude certain items, locations, or order types.
