Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. We do our best to keep everything clear, fair, and easy to understand so you know exactly what to expect when shopping with us.
General Information
Hazel Blues® is an online women’s boutique offering clothing, accessories, graphics, gift cards, and other boutique items.
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or have permission from a parent or guardian to make a purchase.
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website means you accept those changes.
Product Information
We do our best to display product details, colors, sizing, descriptions, and photos as accurately as possible. Please note that colors may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, monitor differences, photography, and editing.
Sizing may vary by brand, style, fabric, and fit. Please review the product description and size chart before ordering.
Hazel Blues® is not responsible for items not fitting as expected if the product details, sizing, and measurements were provided on the listing.
Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product information errors, inventory errors, or website errors at any time, including after an order has been placed. If this happens, we may contact you to adjust, cancel, or issue store credit for the affected item.
Items may sell out quickly and availability is not guaranteed until your order is processed.
Orders
By placing an order, you agree that all information provided at checkout is accurate, including your name, email address, shipping address, billing address, and payment information.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.
If an order is canceled before shipment, the canceled amount will be issued as Hazel Blues® store credit unless otherwise required by law.
Shipping & Delivery
Hazel Blues® carries a mix of in-stock boutique items and extended catalog styles that ship from trusted partner warehouses.
Some items may take up to 12 business days to arrive. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. When this applies, the timeframe will be shown on the product page, in your cart, and in your order confirmation.
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and you may receive more than one tracking number.
Please allow the full listed timeframe before contacting us for a shipping update. If your order has passed the stated timeframe, please contact us with your order number and we’ll be happy to check on it.
Partner Warehouse Items
Some Hazel Blues® items ship from a partner warehouse. These items may take up to 12 business days to arrive.
By placing an order for a partner warehouse item, you agree to the stated processing and delivery timeframe. Orders cannot be canceled simply because they are still within the listed delivery window.
Pre-Orders
If your order includes a pre-order item, your full order may not ship until the pre-order item becomes available.
Pre-order dates are estimates and may change due to production, shipping, or warehouse delays.
If you want in-stock items to ship sooner, please place a separate order.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
Hazel Blues® is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the cost to reship the package. If the customer does not wish to pay for reshipping, Hazel Blues® store credit may be issued for the item amount, minus shipping charges or fees.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Once a package is scanned by the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.
Hazel Blues® is not responsible for packages that are lost in transit, stolen, delayed by the carrier, delivered to the wrong address due to carrier error, or marked delivered by the carrier.
Package protection may be offered at checkout. If purchased, claims must be filed according to the package protection provider’s claim process.
If package protection is not purchased, Hazel Blues® is unable to replace or refund lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
Returns
Eligible returns are issued as Hazel Blues® store credit only.
To start a return, a return authorization request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Approved returns must be received back within 30 days of the original delivery date.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of stains, odors, deodorant, makeup, pet hair, and damage, with original tags attached and original packaging included when applicable.
Items that do not meet return requirements may be denied or may require a shipping fee to be returned to the customer.

Final sale items returned without approval may be refused or may be subject to a restocking fee.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Our inventory moves quickly, and we cannot guarantee that the size or item you need will still be available by the time your return is received.
Approved returns are issued as Hazel Blues® store credit so you can repurchase another size or choose something new.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Damage claims must include your order number, a photo of the damaged area, a photo of the full item, and a photo of the care tag.
We are unable to approve damage claims outside of the 5-day window because we cannot determine whether the item was worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
Store Credit
Store credit is issued as a Hazel Blues® gift card and may be used toward a future purchase.
Store credit is valid for five years from the date issued.
Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be refunded to the original payment method.
Shop Pay, Sezzle & Installment Payments
Orders placed using Shop Pay, Sezzle, or another installment payment provider are still subject to Hazel Blues® policies.
If an eligible item is returned, Hazel Blues® store credit will be issued according to our Return Policy.
Customers are still responsible for completing any payment plan directly with the installment provider. Hazel Blues® cannot cancel, pause, or adjust installment agreements.
Promotions, Discounts & Price Adjustments
Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after an order is placed.
Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.
Promotions, discount codes, and sales may be changed, extended, or ended at any time.
If an item purchased at full price goes on sale within 72 hours of purchase, we may offer a one-time price adjustment in the form of Hazel Blues® store credit. Price adjustments do not apply to storewide sales, flash sales, holiday sales, items already discounted, or items purchased with a promo code.
Price Match Policy
Hazel Blues® may offer a one-time price match when the exact same item is found at a lower advertised price from a qualifying online boutique within 72 hours of placing your order.
The item must be identical in brand, style, color, and size, and it must be in stock at the time we review the request.
Price matching does not apply to Amazon, eBay, Etsy, daily deal sites, resale sites, overseas marketplace sites, stolen boutique photo listings, storewide sales, flash sales, holiday sales, or items already discounted at the time of purchase.
Approved price matches are issued as Hazel Blues® store credit.
Garment Care
Please follow all care instructions listed on the garment.
Hazel Blues® is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, steaming, stain treatment, or general garment care.
If an item requires hand washing, dry cleaning, laying flat to dry, or any other special care, those instructions must be followed.
Website Use
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
You may not attempt to interfere with the website, bypass security features, copy website content, misuse product photos, or use Hazel Blues® branding without permission.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to the website if we believe these terms have been violated.
Intellectual Property
All content on hazelblues.com, including photos, graphics, logos, text, product descriptions, branding, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Hazel Blues®.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use Hazel Blues® content without written permission.
Email, SMS & Marketing
By signing up for emails, text messages, or other marketing communications, you agree to receive promotional and transactional messages from Hazel Blues®.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails or text messages at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in the message.
Order-related emails and transactional messages may still be sent as needed.
Limitation of Liability
Hazel Blues® is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to your use of this website, products purchased, delivery delays, carrier issues, or inability to use the website.
Our maximum liability for any order-related issue will not exceed the amount paid for the item involved.
