This license pertains to the commercial use of 3Blues Designs & Hazel Blues® designs. Please review the terms carefully:

License Purchase:

• This listing covers the purchase of a license only. Designs are not included with this License.
• To access designs, you must either purchase them separately or subscribe to the monthly design drive. Promo codes or discounts cannot be applied to this license.

Usage Rights:

• Upon purchase, you have the right to use our designs on your own products.
• You can create and sell screen print transfers, DTF (Direct-to-Film), UV DTF, and sublimation transfers.

Prohibited Actions:

• Sharing or reselling our designs in any digital format is not allowed.
• You may not use any part of our designs to create new designs for resale or sharing.
• Falsely claiming ownership or sub-licensing our designs is prohibited.
• Selling printed transfers without a Commercial Use License will result in access being revoked.

Platform Restrictions:

• Our License does not permit selling our designs on platforms such as Amazon Merch, Artistshot, Redbubble, Zazzle, Cafepress, Spreadshirt, TeeSpring, Printful, or Printfy.
• Uploading our designs to these websites is not allowed.

Public Availability:

• You cannot make our designs publicly available for download, extraction, or redistribution.
• Watermarking is recommended to protect the image from unauthorized copying.

Intellectual Property Statement:

• We are not liable for any intellectual property rights violations related to your final products.
• Prior to selling products featuring our designs, research trademarks and copyrights.

• We do not issue refunds back to original method of payment. Store Credit will be sent to you in the form of a store credit via email when your Return is processed. Store Credit expires after 5 years.

How do returns | cancelled orders work with Sezzle or ShopPay?

Sezzle and ShopPay purchases are subject to Hazel Blues® standard returns policy of store credit only for items returned within 30 days of fulfillment. If you've returned your order - partial or full - and you haven't paid off all of your installments, then you will continue to pay off those installments until they are complete for the full purchase amount and you will receive an e-gift card for the full amount of the item(s) being returned.
