⚜️ This license allows you to use 𝐎𝐍𝐄 design from my shop for commercial purposes without giving credit to 3Blues Designs. ⚜️
👉 ɪꜰ ʏᴏᴜ ᴡᴀɴᴛ ᴛᴏ ᴜꜱᴇ ᴍᴏʀᴇ ᴛʜᴀɴ ᴏɴᴇ ᴅᴇꜱɪɢɴ, ʏᴏᴜ ᴍᴜꜱᴛ ᴘᴜʀᴄʜᴀꜱᴇ ᴀᴅᴅɪᴛɪᴏɴᴀʟ ʟɪᴄᴇɴꜱᴇꜱ (one license per design).
▪️How to Purchase:
1. Add the digital design you’d like to your cart.
2. Add this commercial license to your cart.
3. At checkout, note which design this license applies to, if you are purchasing more than one design.
🙌🏼 What You 𝐂𝐀𝐍 Do:
✔️ Use the design to create physical products for sale (up to 500 units).
✔️ Sell your products without providing credit to my shop.
⛔️ What You 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐎𝐓 Do:
❌ Claim the design as your own. Ownership stays with 3Blues Designs & Hazel Blues®.
❌ Resell, share, or distribute the design file(s) in any form (even if altered).
❌ Use any part of the design to create new designs for resale or sharing.
❌ Sell the design as a digital product, icons, app/Instagram highlight covers, or in any digital format.
❌ Use this design on Print-On-Demand (POD) sites, Etsy, Amazon, or any other third-party website.
⚠️ Trademark Responsibility:
Due to the increasing number of registered trademarks, 3Blues Designs & Hazel Blues® ɪꜱ ɴᴏᴛ ʀᴇꜱᴘᴏɴꜱɪʙʟᴇ ꜰᴏʀ ᴛʀᴀᴅᴇᴍᴀʀᴋ ᴠɪᴏʟᴀᴛɪᴏɴꜱ. It is your responsibility as a small business owner to research the USPTO database (or your country’s equivalent) to ensure your products do not infringe on any trademarks.

You are responsible for your own business practices. 3Blues Designs & Hazel Blues® will not be held liable for trademarked phrases that may become restricted after purchase. We check our designs periodically, but phrases can be trademarked at any time — so please check regularly throughout the year.

This license is non-exclusive and non-transferable.
* No physical or digital document will be sent. Your Etsy receipt is proof of license.
* For each design you plan to use commercially without giving credit to 3Blues Designs, a separate license must be purchased.

- We do not issue refunds back to original method of payment. Store Credit will be sent to you in the form of a store credit via email when your Return is processed. Store Credit expires after 5 years.
How do returns | cancelled orders work with Sezzle or ShopPay?
Sezzle and ShopPay purchases are subject to Hazel Blues® standard returns policy of store credit only for items returned within 30 days of fulfillment. If you've returned your order - partial or full - and you haven't paid off all of your installments, then you will continue to pay off those installments until they are complete for the full purchase amount and you will receive an e-gift card for the full amount of the item(s) being returned.
